Ms. Jeanie Adams is Treasurer and Secretary of FORT Properties, Inc. and is also a member of its company's Investment Committee. Ms. Adams oversees company operations at FORT Properties, Inc. and is primarily responsible for property acquisition underwriting, due diligence and asset management. Additionally, she manages the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. Having joined CB Richard Ellis Investors in 2001, Ms. Adams was part of CB Richard Ellis Investors 1031 group, which successfully sold $86 million in two FORT offerings.

In 1977, Ms. Adams began her real estate career with Oxford Development Group, a leading Canadian real estate developer, owner and management company. During the next 22 years, Ms. Adams was directly involved in the development and construction management process of major high-rise commercial projects in the Mid-West and Western United States. From 1993 - 1999, Ms. Adams headed the company's Western U.S. operations becoming further involved in the company administration, property leasing, legal, finance and asset disposition processes.

Ms. Adams graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She holds a California Real Estate Broker License and a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) designation of Real Property Administrator.
