We work extremely diligently with our lenders to provide institutional quality real estate investments.
WE'RE PRE-CAPITALIZED
That means real estate is purchased with its own capital before offering a new fractional ownership product to our investors.
When the "right" properties are identified, we package "like-properties" for Section 1031 exchanges.

For this reason, the FORT Properties' model makes it easier for investors to complete their transaction within the IRS prescribed timelines.
There's no need for the individual to seek out the exchange property because we've already completed the search.

As one of the only pre-capitalized TIC sponsors in the marketplace, FORT Properties then uses its own capital to purchase the property.
This innovative structure can often reduce the risks commonly associated with TIC transactions since the property has been identified, researched and purchased by the sponsor in advance of any offering to investors.
Once FORT Properties offers a new product, an interested investor can simply pursue a fractional ownership in the new product.
EFFICIENT AND SEC COMPLIANT
Fractional ownership is made available to investors through a placement agent, providing investor accreditation and placement services, as well as ensuring SEC compliance.
